gratuitous update

Journal Entry: Sat Apr 26, 2008, 5:13 PM
The purpose of this update is simple but twofold:

1. I was getting tired of seeing my previous journal entry get older and older. The journal simply felt in need of an update, regardless of what there was to say.

2. I just found the best emoticon in the dA emoticon list: :jackdirt: :jackdirt:


In more significant news, and to make the claim of this journal entry's purpose being twofold completely inaccurate, I have a third announcement:

    a) For those who haven't already suffered the hyperactive enthusiasm, gloating, bragging and showing off, I'd like you to know I now have a Wacom Cintiq 12WX. It freakin' rocks. It's a tablet with a 1280x800 pixel LCD display under the sensor surface. And that means I can now "draw" directly on the digital canvas! [link]
    b) Cintiqs are not cheap. I am now very poor. (But happy.)
